Coverage is flexible—from a four-hour peak shift to full 8- or 10-hour days, Monday through Sunday. We’ll recommend the span that matches your traffic patterns, and you can adjust it any time with 24-hour notice.

Porters handle light, real-time cleaning (lobbies, restrooms, spills), consumable restocking, trash rounds, minor maintenance (bulb changes, door adjustments), and event setup/reset. Heavy repairs, deep-scrub floor work, or ladder work above 8 ft are performed by our night crew or maintenance team.

Yes. Each porter arrives with EPA List N disinfectants, microfiber tools, and PPE. If you prefer specific brands or restroom consumables, we can stock and use items from your inventory.

Every porter passes nationwide criminal screening, reference verification, and OSHA/HAZWOPER safety training. They also complete UFG Monterey’s customer-service program to ensure they work discreetly and professionally around staff and visitors.
